Modular Meets Modern

Columbus, OH

This Midwestern hospital needed a custom reception desk and check in stations for their front entry that would make a strong visual impact while maintaining the performance of modular systems used inside the facility.

StudioCraft was chosen by the hospital’s project manager and our dealer partner for our responsiveness, quality, and ability to deliver a hybrid solution that addressed both aesthetic and functional needs.

The reception desk, built on modular frames, was made from durable thermoformed Corian to match the front entry design of another facility in their health system. This choice ensured consistency across locations while providing a visual presence that traditional modular systems could not offer.

StudioCraft also created custom check-in kiosks using laminate, Corian, powder-coated corner protection, and glass dividers with an applied decorative film. For the collaborative work area, a freestanding station was designed with a glass divider, tackable panel, integrated power, and powder-coated metal legs.

StudioCraft’s commitment to quality and our ability to balance form and function made us the perfect partner for this project, delivering solutions that were both practical and visually cohesive.
